Marc Underberg is in the business of turning dreams into reality. With more than twenty years of experience building homes, Marc is skilled in all aspects of construction and development. Beginning by developing real estate and building houses on Long Island’s Gold Coast and in western Suffolk County, his career has encompassed all aspects of the industry, including developing residential and commercial properties throughout the east coast, and managing numerous civil and municipal projects. Establishing M & M Custom Homes in 2001, Marc soon expanded his business to the Hamptons. Partnering with renowned broker Gary DePersia of The Corcoran Group to represent and sell M & M’s superlative Hamptons residences, Marc has earned a reputation as one of the premier home builders on the East End. He takes pride in building homes that will become cherished family gathering places for generations to come. Marc holds a bachelor’s degree from C.W. Post/Long Island University and while running his successful construction business, attended law school at night, earning his J.D. from Touro Law School. Marc lives in Mill Neck, Long Island with his wife, son, two daughters and an ever-growing brood of rescue animals.
